The past week in much of South Carolina has been horrific,humbling, and uplifting all in one. Friends, neighbors, and clients have suffered unimaginable loss. We are blessed to be safe and secure. The people of this state are rallying together and we have no doubt that all of us will be stronger as a result. With God’s grace we will re-build and renew.
I bring good news. To achieve wealth wellness, two core traits are needed, and both are within your control. In fact, these traits have very little to do with saving, spending, or investing. You don’t have to outsmart the market or spend countless hours worrying about your financial life. The two traits are mindset and modesty.
The financial world is awash with complicated products and strategies that promise “more returns” as if that solitary input carries the most weight. While investment returns matter, they are not the only factor. What matters more than returns, are the choices you make, both large and small each day.
